Your data, explained.

Information we process

• Account information: user identifiers, nickname and profile details you provide; email address or Apple sign-in identifier when you use a supported account-linking or sign-in feature. Apple may provide a private relay email.
• App activity: viewing history, playback progress, favorites, preferences and interactions needed to provide and improve the service.
• Purchases: store product and transaction references, purchase verification, coin ledger and membership entitlements. Apple or the applicable store processes payment details; Talemivio does not request your full payment card number.
• Device and technical information: installation and device identifiers, platform, app version, language, network IP address, push tokens when enabled, and operational or security logs.
• Support information: feedback, messages and attachments you choose to send.

Why we use information

We use this information to operate accounts, deliver video, save progress and preferences, verify purchases and prevent duplicate credit, provide support, investigate errors and abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Optional attribution and analytics features may measure app discovery, engagement and purchases.

Permissions, attribution and tracking

You can control notifications and available permissions in device settings. On iOS, tracking requiring App Tracking Transparency permission is subject to your choice. Refusing tracking does not prevent access to the app’s core browsing features. When enabled, attribution services such as AppsFlyer may process device identifiers and interaction events; advertising identifiers are subject to platform permission.

Service providers and disclosures

Information is processed by providers supporting hosting, media delivery, authentication, communications, purchase verification and, where enabled, attribution or diagnostics. These include Apple for sign-in and App Store services, cloud infrastructure and media providers, and AppsFlyer for attribution. We disclose information as necessary to provide these functions, respond to lawful requests, protect the service and people, or handle a lawful business transfer. Provider processing may occur outside your country.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including account operation, dispute resolution, security and legal recordkeeping. We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Necessary transaction, fraud-prevention or legally required records may remain after account deletion.

Your choices and requests

You can edit available profile details, manage device permissions, and initiate deletion at Me → Settings → Delete account. This removes or anonymizes account information and associated personal activity, subject to necessary retention. Session access is revoked; third-party authorization revocation or erasure may require additional processing. See the deletion guide.

For access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights available under applicable law, contact YampolskyRishor2472@outlook.com. We may request proportionate information to verify ownership. Do not send a password or verification code. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription.

Children and content

Talemivio is a general-audience entertainment service and is not directed to children. Follow the app’s store age rating and content notices. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us.

This website and updates

This support website uses no advertising or analytics scripts and sets no application cookies. The hosting service may process ordinary request logs, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site. Links to Apple or email services are governed by those services’ policies. We may update this policy; the effective date identifies the current version.
